Our latest staff member, Shannon Ripley, brings a wealth of industry experience to Gilbert & Younan.
Shannon began her career in residential real estate sales, before transitioning into new home sales working for a local builder. Her new role will see her head our new Moss Vale project, selling both land and house and land packages.
Shannon loves to see the design of a build come together, and enjoys helping her clients create their own unique spaces. She understands the emotional roller coaster that building entails and takes pride in helping her clients through the process. Watching people’s dreams become a reality is definitely a perk of the job for Shannon.
Having been involved with the housing industry for over 10 years, Shannon is also uniquely placed to understand local rules and regulatory guidelines set by most councils. Her knowledge of compliance and design guidelines allows her a broader overview of the residential building industry, which Shannon is then able to use to help her clients.
Being a good listener, patient and helpful, as well as trustworthy and passionate about her work stands her in good stead with clients.
Shannon grew up in the Southern Highlands, but moved to the Camden local area when she was in her 20s. She has been a part of many networking groups, social charity work and charity golf days.
When not selling houses, Shannon can be found enjoying time with her partner, family and friends. She also has two dogs, and her own horse which she loves to ride. Travelling has always been a big part of her life and Shannon can’t help but look at real estate wherever she is.
